Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sourcer to join our expanding team. The Technical Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for highly technical and specialized positions and works as part of a recruiting team and creates candidate funnels for challenging jobs to fill. This position will coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements and descriptions and will  draft and send recruitment emails and inquiries.
