Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a SE-3 Software Test Engineer located at Lackland AFB, TX. This position provides support to the 47th Cyberspace Test Squadron (CTS).. Our cybersecurity test team is searching for new members that can help us conduct system security analysis on systems and/or software to understand and identify vulnerabilities.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment, learning new technology areas, this is the place for you. We provide a number of opportunities to learn ranging from on-the-job training with other team members to formal courses for unique technology areas. We realize that no one will have all of these qualifications. Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Cybersecurity III (IAM) to provide Information Assurance Management support to the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long Range Radar (3DELRR) Program, which is within the PEO Digital (formerly known as the Battle Management Directorate), located at Hanscom AFB, MA.   LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA JOB STATUS: Full time TRAVEL: TBD    RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure engineering activities (analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring) best meets (as resources allow) established requirements (e.g., RMF, DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide). - Responsible for ensuring information systems are secure and that data maintained in these systems is protected from unauthorized access. - Evaluate all COTS products (hardware and software) to ensure they meet current information assurance standards and that security updates released by OEMs are installed and verified. - Evaluate current status of potential information system threats from casual intrusion to intrusions meant to permanently or irreparably degrade system performance or protection. - Interpret and analyze processing anomalies in major complex engineering systems and take corrective action. - Develop, review, and update the System Security Plan (SSP) for the mission system to align with current RMF controls and their compliance status - Update, understand, and maintain the mission system’s POA&M - Be comfortable using eMASS for RMF control compliance and POA&M maintenance - Develop, review, and refine Continuity of Operations (COOP) package documentation and related artifacts. - Perform validation of systems, including development of criteria and procedures using agile Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) entrance and exit criteria throughout the product lifecycle - Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - A minimum of 12 + yrs work experience, with experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desirable. - Candidate will have proficiency in the RMF ATO accreditation process and be able to use eMASS at the SECRET level. - Candidate must have an active US security clearance. The Federal Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer [Part-Time] located at the Federal Aviation Administration located at the FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. We are looking for a self-motivated, independent thinker who is inquisitive, able to learn quickly, and requires minimal supervision. The Technical Writer reviews, and revises documents to conform to existing style guidelines and industry best practices. The focus for this position will be on regulatory documents, orders, manuals, and instructions. Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer SME, providing system engineering support to the Airborne Warning and Controls Systems (AWACS) program office, which is within the Digital Directorate (formerly known as the Battle Management Directorate) (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom AFB, MA.    The successful candidate will support a wide range of engineering and engineering support activities including but not limited to: systems engineering and integration processes that address lifecycle requirements of each product area. Develop analyses and review and evaluate AWACS system and component technical specifications, designs, analyses, models, simulations, test plans/procedures/results, and technical data packages for the determination of both interim and final compliance with design, test requirements, qualification requirements, safety criteria, and flight requirements.    LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA Status: Part time TRAVEL: ~25% with potential for international travel     RESPONSIBILITIES: - System engineering that includes advice and recommendations regarding requirements, interpretations, alternative courses of action, requirements impacts on program schedule and budget; and review, evaluate, and comment on Request for Proposals (RFPs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Fast Track Change Notices, support Program Management Requests (PMRs), Technical Interchange Meetings, Test Meetings, etc.  - Perform drawing reviews that ensure the incorporation of complete, current, and accurate Government drafting specifications and regulations in contractor drawings and conformance to requirements, specifications, regulations and quality control. - Provide system engineering solutions that are based on systems analyses, advanced technology processing techniques, engineering research and evaluation of all aspects system engineering, including critical software/hardware interfaces issues, reliability and availability of systems, systems engineering methodologies, performance evaluation and optimization of design criteria requirements, and test requirements identification. - Support technical teams in solving a variety of client problems related to systems engineering and program management for a specific AWACS Project/Program Systems.
