Oasis Systems is seeking an SE-4 Datalink Test Engineer to support our contract out of Eglin AFB, FL. Our Tactical Data Links (TDL) Test Flight (TGBC) is searching for an experienced data link professional and/or test engineer to join the United States Air Force’s premier TDL Developmental Test (DT) Team.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being on the cutting edge of innovative communications technology, this is the place for you. We provide several opportunities to learn and grow, ranging from on-the-job training with other team members to formal courses for unique technology areas.   We realize that no one will possess all the qualifications listed below. We are looking for people that have either a strong engineering background or TDL foundation and have the drive and motivation to learn all other required/preferred areas.  Position responsibilities can span from serving as a test lead responsible for planning, developing, and executing all aspects of a test event to assisting another test lead as a team member.   This position provides support to the 46 Test Squadron/TGBC at Eglin AFB as a senior Test Engineer. Develop Air Force guidance on the acquisition and cyber test of Air Force systems. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services to the Family of Advanced Beyond Line of Sight Terminals (FAB-T) Division (AFLCMC/HNS) for the Command Post Terminal (CPT) and the Force Element Terminal (FET) development test programs in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures. Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager SME to support the International/FMS Division (AFLCMC/HBN), which is within the USAF Digital Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides Program level acquisition support to the Program Manager and Integrated Product Team leads by helping guide successful program execution to maintain the acquisition battle rhythm and deliver warfighter capability. - Provides expert advice and solutions to program leadership to facilitate successful contract execution for the program. - Analyzes overall program health and advises program leadership on options to maintain cost, schedule and performance objectives. - Reviews acquisition documents and provides comments offering an executive level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
