PRIMARY FUNCTION of the Organization: Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a DMO Cross Domain Support SME. Provide functional onsite support to include establishment of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) standards, generation of requirements for Cross Domain Solutions for CAF DMO and Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training programs, development of capability requirements for Fighters, Bombers, and C2ISR DMO and LVC platforms, integration of F-16, F-15, and Fifth Generation aircraft into Mission Training Centers (MTC), collaboration and interfaces with other MAJCOMs, Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Joint Services and Coalition training partners, and System Program Offices (SPO) for management of simulator/DMO and the Operations & Integration (O&I) programs, collaboration and interfaces with Functional Area Managers (FAM) in the development of Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) tasking and MTC/DMO requirements, Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), various acquisition activities, logistics and procurement.   LOCATION: Langley, AFB, VA JOB STATUS: Full-time TRAVEL: As required, see below REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills) SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret Clearance, SCI-eligible EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university CERTIFICATIONS: N/A EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Five years’ experience network security, Cross Domain solutions, and coalition connectivity   OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university • Five years’ experience network security, Cross Domain solutions, and coalition connectivity • Three years’ MAJCOM or higher-level staff (combination of active duty, government service, or contractor) • Five years’ M&S, DMO, and LVC experience • Five years’ experience designing, planning, preparing, executing, and providing documented assessments of DMO and other combat readiness programs or plans • Five years’ experience producing reports to indicate investigation methodology, evaluation processes, and recommendations for new LVC technologies and training concepts for inclusion into CAF’s DMO and other readiness programs • Five years’ experience providing analytical and conceptual studies on readiness-related efforts and LVC technologies • Five years’ experience analyzing technical and operational impacts, cost and training benefit of proposed changes in a resource-constrained environment, and propose changes to programs to MAJCOM level leadership to meet operational capabilities and addressing operational needs • Five years’ experience participating and collaborating on DMO/LVC and M&S working groups and meetings to develop possible solutions for integration and interoperability problems • Five years’ experience in Requirements, Operations, and SPO capabilities and responsibilities • Five years’ experience in JCIDS staffing processes and requirements development • Experience in Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) for POM development and programming of funds • Experience with Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) process • Experience preparing program element monitor (PEM) documents and briefings • Experience preparing execution year financial plans and documents • Experience developing spreadsheets to support financial planning • Experience in preparing and presenting high level briefings, BBPs, and Technical Reports • Knowledge of CAF Training Requirements • USFA rated experience   RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Assist in developing, refining, and producing life cycle management plans in support of integrating DMO systems with the Mission Training Centers (MTCs). Maintain in-depth knowledge of M&S, DMO, and LVC concepts to provide technical and analytical assistance in the development, validation, and coordination of DMO capability requirements documents and assist integration of CAF DMO capability requirement into weapon system MTC programs. PRIMARY FUNCTION:   Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a C2 Systems Operations Research Analyst. Support all aspects of Airborne C2 capabilities, capability gaps, systems integration, and developing JCIDS documents. Assisting with achieving interoperable, affordable, responsive, and sustainable C2 systems which satisfy Service, Joint, Interagency, and Coalition C2 information exchange requirements. Development of C2 investment strategies and providing technical assistance for airborne C2 systems integration planning. Analyze technical solutions against schedule, cost, need satisfaction, risk and operational relevance as part of a solution set including all DOTMLPF solutions. • Analyze C2 requirements and solutions as they affect Air Force, Joint, and Coalition missions through C2 TDLs and interface to other C2 systems/networks. Document their alignment to Joint and AF doctrine or needed changes to doctrine based on increased capabilities. • Provide assistance to platform programs in defining TDL requirements, planning, and equipping with needed supporting systems and message implementations. • Provide expertise and support for efforts that explore unique ways of integrating new capability onto AF platforms. • Support building the documentation, briefings, and justification for development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission. • Participate in both technical and operational community discussions with the ability to summarize and communicate TDL needs and issues related to emerging concepts such as Friendly Force Tracking (FFT) and Network-Enabled Weapons (NEW).   QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management or other related technical or scientific discipline • Five (5) years’ experience working Airborne or Ground Theater Air Control System issues at the MAJCOM level • Five (5) years’ operational experience in operational C2 systems • Five (5) years’ specialized experience with TDL systems, gateways, and networks • Five (5) years’ prior experience analyzing and evaluating operational capabilities and limitations of technical solutions for TDL systems • Three (3) years’ experience in a HHQ (e.g., MAJCOM, NAF, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, attending oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages and other correspondence • Three (3) years’ experience in analyzing, developing and evaluating directives, policies and procedures associated with the modernization and sustainment of TDL Systems, TDL Networks, and TDL Gateways programs and systems • Three (3) years’ experience with planning, designing and assessing the results of AF or joint experimentation • Rated operations experience (11, 12, 13B or previous 17XX Air Weapons Controller/Air Battle Manager AFSCs; or US Navy equivalent).
