Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for an ET-4 Software Test Engineer. This position provides support to the 47th Cyberspace Test Squadron (CTS) – Located at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. Our cybersecurity test team is searching for new members that can help us conduct system security analysis on systems and/or software to understand and identify vulnerabilities.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment, learning new technology areas, this is the place for you. The Contractor shall assist the PEO/Deputy administrative staff by temporarily and physically relocating to the Agile Combat Support Directorate front office spaces to perform schedule/calendar duties. 3.8.3 Correspondence Finalization and Data Repository Services The Contractor shall support the planning, formulation, editing, development, publication and storage of finished products to include, but not be limited to, program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations as required (technical and non-technical, classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested. 3.8.4 Information Systems Operation and Management The Contractor shall support internal and external briefings and reports by providing expert knowledge and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce visual aids (slides, view-graphs, briefing charts and other graphics) using appropriate software applications; file and retrieve graphics materials to facilitate research and expedite creation of briefings and reports; compile and prepare briefings and reports in hard copy for special and/or recurring reports; and provide assistance during briefings upon request. 3.8.5 Self Inspection Activities The Contractor shall assist in maintenance of Operating Instructions (OIs) for the USG. This includes the development and maintenance of self-inspection checklists. The Contractor shall assist in verifying checklists against administrative processes and assist in maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies. The Contractor shall assist in Unit Compliance and Operational Readiness inspections as well as emergency management program execution. 3.8.6 Electronic Records Management The Contractor shall support the establishment and maintenance of master files and file plans of the Divisions and program data to facilitate tracking and resolution of issues associated with operations. The Contractor shall have knowledge in Air Force Records Information Management Systems (AFRIMS) and the Electronic Records Management (ERM) Structure to perform record searches of active and inactive, physical and electronically stored final and draft documentary materials related to search criteria. 3.8.7 Suspense Tracking The Contractor shall assist with the suspense tracking system. The Contractor shall provide weekly updates on the status of suspense’s either during regularly scheduled meetings or via ad hoc requests. The Contractor shall assist in ensuring proper assignment, completion and accurate reporting of suspense’s via the applicable software tools and operating systems to include, but not be limited to, the ACS suspense tasks as well as SOCCER automated suspense tracking. 3.8.8 Document Preparation The Contractor shall serve as the focal point for collecting and preparing materials for staff meetings. The Contractor shall provide support in planning, formulation, editing, developing and publishing finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, correspondences and other presentations (technical and non-technical) in the media and format (hard or soft copies) requested. The Contractor shall assist in the use of computer applications to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products and facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as travel orders, performance reports, awards, materials procurement, maintenance and disposition. The Contractor shall provide support in collecting, preparing, and displaying materials for staff meetings. The Contractor shall provide support in planning, formulating, editing, developing and publishing finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, correspondences and other presentations (technical and non-technical) in the media and format requested. 3.8.9 Management Operations Support The Contractor shall provide administrative support to the Management Operations Division and personnel. The Contractor shall assist the USG with all requests for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act information. The Contractor shall assist with in- and out-processing of personnel as they enter, move within, or exit the Directorate. The Contractor shall assist in performing all aspects of mail management for the Directorate to include, but not be limited to, maintaining the mail log (UPS, Fed Ex, classified, 3rd party mail, and outbound Fed Ex shipping); receiving, signing and distributing unclassified and classified mail (process, maintain, and filing classified mail receipts, contacting authorized personnel for classified material delivery, and ensuring packages have authorized signatures); accessing, storing, and handling classified material as required. The Contractor shall assist in tracking unit staffing and preparing organizational charts, updating Pyramid Alert/Recall and Shelter-In-Place rosters. The Contractor shall assist with the Directorate supply program to include, but not be limited to, ordering, receiving, storage, distribution, and accountability of office supplies and equipment (gathering requests for supplies and preparing itemized lists for supplies/equipment to be ordered and purchased by the Government office). The Contractor shall assist in operating facsimile equipment and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment (including VTC bridge scheduling and VTC connectivity).   WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel - May be required to travel using commercial air, USG air, and other conventional modes of transportation to Outside Continental United States and Continental United States (OCONUS and CONUS) locations in support of program meetings, reviews, audits and other activities held at Government and Contractor facilities. - Shall travel unaccompanied and unsupervised. - All travel (including plans, agenda, itinerary, and dates) require prior approval by the EPASS CO for OCONUS travel or COR for CONUS travel. - CONUS travel requests shall be submitted no later than ten business days prior to travel. - Shall notify the EPASS CO or COR of the costs of air travel and receive prior written approval when the use of other than least costly air travel is required to complete a Government-directed task. - Shall submit a Trip Report upon return from travel. The trip report shall be submitted within 5 business days of return from earliest date of travel. The Contractor shall assist in the production of draft documentation as requested or necessitated by programmatic limits based on cost, schedule, and performance to support the airworthiness process. The Contractor shall assist in reviewing and performing assessments on program specific databases; analyze Built in Test (BIT) failure reports; and compare failure reports against the BIT Interpreter Analyzer for accuracy of BIT indications; provide system integration guidance to aircraft program offices for the program system installation and system maintenance; review and analyze technical proposals. The contactor shall assist in the review of Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) and Reliability Standard Reports; work with G081 database to check failure reporting from the field; and assist in the handling of all DRs ensuring proper classification and adequate detail for resolution.   WORKING CONDITIONS Travel: • May be required to travel using commercial air, USG air, and other conventional modes of transportation to Outside Continental United States and Continental United States (OCONUS and CONUS) locations in support of program meetings, reviews, audits and other activities held at Government and Contractor facilities. • Shall travel unaccompanied and unsupervised. • All travel (including plans, agenda, itinerary, and dates) require prior approval by the EPASS CO for OCONUS travel or COR for CONUS travel. • CONUS travel requests shall be submitted no later than ten business days prior to travel. • Shall notify the EPASS CO or COR of the costs of air travel and receive prior written approval when the use of other than least costly air travel is required to complete a Government-directed task. • May be required to submit a Trip Report upon return from travel. The SCAR candidate must have specific knowledge of application, system, and network security, technologies, processes, and practices designed for prevention of damage to, protection of, and restoration of computers, electronic communications systems, electronic communication services, wire communication, and electronic communication, including information contained therein, to ensure its availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation. The successful candidate will perform work that applies a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of Cybersecurity.
