Oasis Systems has a need for a Special Security Representative to provide 552ACW Special Security support for the E-3G Mission and Flight Simulator Training Facility (Consolidated Simulator Building), located at Tinker AFB.   LOCATION: Tinker AFB, OK   JOB STATUS: Full time TRAVEL: TBD   Overview: Works as the Physical Special Security Representative for the 552nd Air Control Wing (ACW) Consolidated Simulator Building (CSB). Ensures the protection of the CSB Special Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Compartmented Areas (SAPCAs). Oversees the management and coordination of access control related to operations. Responsible for access cards, the inventory control of access cards, database management, electronic systems management, and the overall security of the systems. Prevents unauthorized personnel, equipment and materials from gaining entry into the SCIF and Compartmented Areas. Assists the 552 ACW Special Security Officer (SSO) with the local procedures for the CSB SCIF, security measures and personnel access. Determines civilian, military and industry Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security access, actions and training for aircrew and personnel. Situations may arise when fully cleared contractor personnel must perform opening and closing security duties unescorted in ACC spaces. In accordance with the 552 ACW/SSO open and close policies and procedures, contractors are authorized to perform these duties with the SSO and GSSO or his/her designee’s permission and if mission allows and/or requires it. In addition, fully cleared contractor personnel may be placed on the key access or open and close access list with the SSO and GSSO or his/her designee’s permission and if mission allows and/or requires it. It is the responsibility of local Government management to establish and maintain internal procedures to protect the controlled items (this includes classified information) under their supervision. Access to secure areas should be limited to persons who are authorized to receive or have knowledge of the particular classified information or activities contained or conducted in that area and have a verified need-to-know. It is also the responsibility for contractor personnel to follow these internal procedures to ensure continued compliance with ACC policy. During base shutdown/inclement weather, or Wing Commander directed down days, telework may be authorized as approved by the COR. This approval must be obtained in advance of teleworking. The contractor will perform tasks outlined in the task order as indicated by the customer.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Contractor will perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support of the 552 ACW CSB security program. The contractor will have a working knowledge of Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide advice and guidance to personnel, physical and information security standards. Contractor shall: - Ensures the Electronic Security Access Control System is managed in accordance with 552 ACW/SSO guidance and SCI standard operating procedures (SOP) for the CSB. - Ensure classified information is properly accounted for, controlled, transported, packaged, and safeguarded. Ensure classified information is destroyed by authorized means. - Ensure required visitor logbooks, SCI forms and personnel entry authorized entry list (EAL) is current and updated. - Ensure SCI and SAP Information is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know. - Assist in investigating SCI security infractions, reporting all information to the 552 ACW SSO and assisting with documentation. - Serve as the certifying and receiving CSB SCI visitor control, ensuring appropriate clearances/accesses. - Monitors the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) DISS to ensure all personnel have appropriate clearances/access. - Assists in providing overall physical security and will ensure CSB continues to comply with the physical security standards outlined in ICD 705 all other applicable directives and established policies. - Assists in the conduct of the annual self-inspection of the Physical Security Program. - Assists the FSO in implementation and maintenance of the 552 ACW's Anti-Terrorism (AT) program tailored to the local mission, conditions, terrorist threat and national security environment. Participate in the installation(s) AT program and implement local RAM's per the published ATO Plan. - Perform aspects of Information Security. Reports all reported security incidents. Approve and track hand-carrying of classified between 552 ACW SCIFs. - Coordinate with 72 SFS/S5 and provide rosters of individuals responsible for the overall security of the facility. Oversee SCIF IDS operation and testing and conduct penetration exercises every 6 - months and alarm tests quarterly with the 72 SFS/S5. Our cybersecurity test team is searching for new members that can help us conduct system security analysis on systems and/or software to understand and identify vulnerabilities within embedded avionic systems. We are seeking an SE-2 Cybersecurity Test Manager to support at Edwards AFB, CA.
