The Contractor shall provide Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) services in accordance with the program’s Configuration Management Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Support activities will range across the CM and DM activities outlined in the task order PWS and may include aspects of other task order PWS areas, such as Program/Project Planning and Risk Planning Support Services. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives.
The Contractor shall provide program/system life-cycle system engineering services in support of the Lead Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Program Manager. Support activities encompass the broad range of task order PWS activities
and will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. Coordinate activities with PMO, Lead Development Test Organization (LDTO), functional customers, and development/sustainment contractors. With Lead/Chief Engineer oversight, assists the PMO in creating test plans, developing test scripts and conducting continuous regression testing; and (added) with tailoring, implementing, and executing BES System Engineering Processes. Leads, participates in, and/or monitors problem investigations. Assist the PMO with coordinating activities with other contractors and programs as required.
Have general knowledge of principles and practices of Systems Engineering.
Have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with clarity and accuracy.
Candidate must have an active US security clearance.
Familiarity with Hardware/Software environments including Windows Server, HP-UX, and Oracle Databases
Maintain the BES Operational Database (BOB-DB).
Update, track, and maintain hardware and software spreadsheets required for IA certification.
Perform Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) Self-Assessments.
Ensure program is compliant with the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Process Directory (BPD).
Provide support in analyzing technical problems at the project level and recommending solutions.
Perform analyses and evaluations of specified technical problems.
Review and provide comment to requirements, architecture, data interfaces, design, and test documentation for all changes being requested to the established baseline for CAV AF.
Support load balancing, COOP, cache calculations, and interfaces to ensure the network is optimal.
Analyze technical documentation and make assessments of product and database development progress in achieving implementation milestones.
Assist with management of interfaces with interfacing partner systems using Corporate Data Repository System (CDRS)
