    Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Management –Facility Support IV. The posotion is located at Eglin AFB, FL.



    Provide advice and assistance working with Civil Engineering (CE), the Munitions Directorate Operations Division (RWO) and contractor support teams as the assistant Facility Managers at multiple locations.



    • Plan major CE repairs and building projects w/customers, coordinate with RWO and CE; procures building supplies from vendors, Base supply, or self-help store.
    • Sustain numerous major building projects simultaneously; write statements of work, submit project requirements and coordinate with contracting and CE to execute projects, track expenses for reporting, etc.
    • Reconfigure office layouts, coordinate purchase of additional work space hardware, schedule vendors to install new office layouts and coordinate personnel moves as required.
    • Maintain the master seating plan.
    • Team with other assistant Contractor personnel and RWO to perform duties as required to ensure proper maintenance and appearance of facility. 
    • Coordinate with organizational budget office and base contracting personnel prior to making major purchases



    • Prefer prior Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate experience, purchasing and contracting knowledge and experience, and working knowledge of current AF Facilities Management requirement
    • Prefer prior experience with AF Procurement forms and GPC card acquisitions/transactions, CCaRS system, as well as working knowledge of SharePoint
    • Prior experience with AF or DoD Logistics preferred
    • Ability to work with diverse group of people, handling multiple projects at once, with attention-to-detail
    • Extreme attention-to-detail required
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
    • Experience with Munitions and/or Weapons Systems Experience  preferred




    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as various AF finance programs/databases
    • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, maintaining multiple spreadsheets & tracking financial information
    • Excellent customer service experience and skills
