    Successful candidate will provide EPASS Advisory and Assistance Services to the Battle Management Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at the AF Life-Cycle Management Center (previously the Electronic Systems Center). The projects we are supporting are: Force Protection Division (AFLCMC/HBU), HBAB-DILS, HBAG-NAS, HBAW-Branch, HBBA-AOC, HBBA-PEG, HBBC-AFMSTT, HBBC-C2AOS-C2IS, HBBC-GCCS-AF, HBBC-UC2, HBD - 3DELRR, HBD - BCS-MOD 1, HBD - HFGCS, HBD - MAF TDL, HBD - NCR-IADS, HBD - TACP-M, HBD - WAS, HBIN-Turkish PE, HBIP Japan E-767 AWACS, HBIP-Australia AEW&C 737, HBIP-Korea AEW&C 737, HBIS-RSAF AWACS RAMP, HBJ-JSTARS RECAP, HBN, HBS-ADS-B Out, HBS-CNU, HBSB-E-3 Block 40/45, HBSB-NGIFF, HBSB-TSI, HBSG-ACIP, HBSG-EP, HBUL- AFCENT Tactical Systems, HBUL- Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) Nuclear Sites, HBUL-Acq Support (Engineering & Logisitcs), HBUL-Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) Fixed Sites, HBW-SAOC.  This position will have to interface with a team of military, Government civilian, contractor project managers and FFRDC/A&AS support personnel in the day-to-day activities associated with management of HB’s projects, programs and initiatives.



    Ranges from, Level I: BA/BS, 4 years of experience; or  8 years of directly relatable experience;  to Level III: Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience (5 years DoD), or BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience (5 years DoD), or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications (8 DoD).


    Note: Oasis has some flexibility to swap experience for degree requirements and vice-versa.

    IT Certifications are a plus.



    Position Location(s): Hamamatsu Japan, Hanscom AFB, Langley AFB, San Antonio, Tinker AFB

    Travel: Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.




    Secret, Top Secret clearance (depending on location); or as a minimum, the ability to obtain a clearance


    The successful candidate will be able to develop, or perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program. The tasks involved include identifying the specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program; and correlating those requirements with program plans to assure that the needed support is provided at the right time and place. Logistics work requires:

    • Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase
    • Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team
    • Proficient Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project
    • Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions
    • Knowledge of the DoD’s integrated product support element structure
    • Familiarity with the Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) processes
    • Familiarity with accomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment (LHA)
    • Knowledge of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook
    • Ability to lead a project team in completing complex projects
    • Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems
    • Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support
    • Ability to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time
    • The paramount qualification requirement is the ability to integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program
    • Provide expert logistics input on Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
    • Provide logistics analytical support for key logistics metrics (supply, reliability, maintainability, reliability, etc.) and provide them to key logistics reviews


    General Responsibilities:

    • Works with assigned administrative, and matrixed acquisition support, financial management, engineering contracting, configuration and data management, and other staff.
    • Works with the Oasis Task Lead and Oasis teammates to document processes, and initiate and implement AFSO21 Rapid Improvement Events, Training Events and mentoring sessions for all task personnel.
    • Responsible for developing Integrated Master Schedule inputs, and tracking and reporting on Progress for assigned program(s).
    • Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
    • Facilitates and supports Division meetings and reviews, team building, strategic planning, and other on- and off-site activities.
    • Assists as needed in preparing and reviewing program/project documentation, e.g. Determinations and Findings, Justifications and Approvals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statement Of Objectives (SOOs), Statements-of-Work (SOWs), Program Implementation Packages (PiPs), Performance Works Statements (PWS), Systems/Technical Requirements Documents (SRD/TRD), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program Support Agreements (PSA), EMAs, 1067s, etc. and assist in source selections.
    • Performs other duties as required.
