  • Overview

    Successful candidate will provide EPASS Advisory and Assistance Services to the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate (AFLCMC/HN) at the AF Life-Cycle Management Center (previously the Electronic Systems Center). The C3I&N Directorate’s primary mission is: Connecting Warfighters with Affordable, Secure, and War-Winning Cyber, C3I and Network Systems. The Directorate provides C3I connectivity, network, and infrastructure between Joint, Coalition, AF, and Allied countries space, air, terrestrial, and cyber domains. The Directorate in headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA with 11 other operating locations.  This position will have to interface with a team of military, Government civilian, contractor project managers and FFRDC/A&AS support personnel in the day-to-day activities associated with management of HN’s projects, programs and initiatives



    • GED and 10 years of experience in the Human Resources administration area (including 5 years of DoD experience)
    • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing



    Secret clearance required, or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance



    Provide management documentation (briefings, documents, etc.) as needed to administratively support Human Resource activities. Research and assess issues and develop and support management as needed concerning Human Resources. Prepare various briefings and schedules to support senior level meetings and reviews.



    • Provide HR administrative support / customer service to military, civilian and assigned contractor personnel in support of the Family of Advanced Beyond-Line-of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T) Division mission
    • Review, update and submit vacancies ads for the Spring, Summer and Fall Vacancy Master List (VML)
    • Provide information to update the Unit Manning Document to reflect new gains, losses, duty title changes and any division/branch personnel changes.
    • Review/update quarterly and annual awards including functional awards and specific suspense-related awards
    • Review/correct annual government appraisals and provide support to all military appraisals
    • Represent division interests at weekly Directorate Organize, Train and Equip (OT&E) meetings
