    Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration and CDRL Data Manager to provide EPASS Advisory and Assistance Services to the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate (AFLCMC/HN) at the AF Life-Cycle Management Center (previously the Electronic Systems Center). The C3I&N Directorate’s primary mission is: Connecting Warfighters with Affordable, Secure, and War-Winning Cyber, C3I and Network Systems. The Directorate provides C3I connectivity, network, and infrastructure between Joint, Coalition, AF, and Allied countries space, air, terrestrial, and cyber domains. The Directorate in headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA with 11 other operating locations.  This position will have to interface with a team of military, Government civilian, contractor project managers and FFRDC/A&AS support personnel in the day-to-day activities associated with management of HN’s projects, programs and initiatives.

    • Provide configuration and CDRL data manager (CM/DM) support to the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate’s Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ), in accordance with the program’s Configuration Management Plan and Air Force Configuration Management (CM) processes. 

    • Develop and administer Configuration Management Plans.

    • Identify data requirements in Statements of Work/Objectives (SOW/SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS); provide CM/DM input into program documentation.

    • Review contractor’s CM program and data deliverables for accuracy, completeness and compliance.

    • Convene and manage the Configuration Control Board (CCB), Technical Review Board (TRB), and record approved changes and results.

    • Prepare for and conduct major audits such as Physical and Functional Configuration Audits (PCAs and FCAs).

    • Manage configurations of software, including configuration planning, data analysis, and maintenance of configuration documents, including engineering documents, design drawings, engineering change notices.

    • Control the configuration of IT systems; audit and review IT system configurations.

    • Identify and maintain all baselines.

    • Establish workflows to track data deliverables and responses; report the contractor’s data delivery status.

    • Provide CM of relevant program artifacts, including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records and acquisition documentation.



    SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance desired

    EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience (5 DoD), or BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience (5 DoD), or 20 years of experience (8 DoD)



    • Progressive experience in managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits.

    • In-depth understanding of the configuration change control process, role of the Change Control Board, and change control documentation.
