  • Overview

    Provide engineering support to the International Programs & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program office, which is within the Battle Management Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

    This position would be located in country within Taiwan at the USAF base.



    • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desired.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an IPT environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel to CONUS & OCONUS locations
    • Candidate must have an active US security clearance.



    • Assist and advise the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) Maintenance and Support Command (MSC) senior leadership with management responsibilities relating to maintenance, supply and support activities.
    • Work with contractors, depot personnel, engineers, and military; to resolve maintenance problems, design deficiencies, and supply issues.
    • Advise and assist the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) organizations on case execution and budget control
    • Provide engineering planning, process and development oversight execution capability to the FMS program office for C2 and Long/Medium Range Radar projects in Taiwan.
    • Provides engineering and technical expertise for advice/counsel to the Government program office to support technical planning, cost estimating and proposal evaluations.
    • Identify and address program technical issues and in the preparation of necessary technical documents and briefings.
    • Attend Technical Interchange Meetings with prime contractors providing technical evaluations of analyses and trade off activities, assessments of contractor technical efforts, and recommendations to the program office.
