    Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Executive Group Specialist located at Gunter, Maxwell AFB, AL.


    The Air Force Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Program Execution Group (PEG) mission is to assist the (AFLCMC/HI) Program Executive Officer (PEO) and Deputy PEO (DPEO) in the effective execution of their portfolio to include meeting statutory reporting requirements. The PEG scope includes portfolio management throughout each program’s/project’s lifecycle. The contractor shall provide a multitude of analysis, procedural competency and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility for the BES. 


    This support is required to enable the Business Enterprise Systems (BES) PEO Executive Group (PEG) to meet requirements and responsibilities in the area of BES Suspense Workflow and BES Portfolio Management.   Tasks performed in the BES PEO Executive Group (PEG) office require critical reasoning skills and advanced acquisition/program management expertise to evaluate and analyze program submissions, track high level AFLCMC/HI Suspense’s across the Directorate, provide feedback to senior managers, and ensure consistency across the portfolio. The numerous forms of communication, program status updates, and other data calls, are reviewed, analyzed, and consolidated when necessary prior to coordination with BES leadership. A&AS employees performing these functions are expected to provide informed updates that are based on current organization, Air Force, and DoD policy guidance.  



    This includes:

    • Track internal suspense’s tasked by the BES directorate to BES divisions.
    • Track external suspense’s assigned to the BES directorate by outside agencies.
    • Providing Portfolio Management reports via ITIPs.
    • Work closely with divisions and Organizational Senior Functionals (OSFs) to ensure above referenced suspense’s are submitted NLT designated suspense date.
    • Brief Senior Staff on suspense’s during weekly Staff Meeting and as needed.
    • Utilize automated tools such as the SharePoint BES Suspense Workflow Tool.
    • Assist with BES Annual Execution Reviews.
    • Assist with BES Annual Health of Services Reviews.
    • Provide BES Portfolio Management Execution Templates to programs as needed.
    • Plan, schedule, and facilitate Acquisition Training Workshops.
    • Perform Acquisition Metrics Consolidation.
    • Collect input, review, and prepare Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Risk and Opportunities Boards (ROB), and PEO Assessment Reports (PAR).
    • Provide input to the SecDef Rolling Calendar.
    • Provide input to the SAF/AQ Spotlight.
