    Seeking a Master Scheduler for Eglin AFB, FL.


    • Candidates must be a US citizen and have a current/active Secret security clearance.
    • Candidates must have 3 -10 years of related experience.  A four year technical degree can be substituted for 6 years of experience.
    • Candidates must be knowledgeable in test processes.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project is highly desired.
    • Candidates must be familiar with ranges, aircraft, aircrew, data, infrastructure, and safety constraints associated with developmental flight test.
    • Candidates must be analytical, methodical and detail-oriented and have the ability to communicate in oral and written form.
    • Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to prioritize and manage their work to achieve outcomes.
    • Familiarity with 96 TW and 53 WG test processes is highly desired.



    • Ability to maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position.


    • Develop a Test Integrated Master Schedule (TIMS) using Microsoft Project or similar software.
    • Continuously update the TIMS based on rapidly changing inputs from numerous sources.
    • Keep leadership appraised of issues affecting the test schedule while offering advice on acceptable courses of action.
    • Conduct data analysis under the direction of the engineering staff.
    • Continuously engage with program stakeholders to ensure issues effecting the acquisition and test schedule are conveyed in a timely manner.
    • Work with the prime contractor to ensure their test processes are accurately captured in the IMS.
    • Organize test integrated product team working groups
    • Support the Joint Test Force Director, as assigned, to communicate project tasks and report the status of test program progress.
    • Manage projects under the purview of the 780th Test Squadron/Joint Test Force.
