  • Overview


    Provide acquisition support to the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) program office, which is within the Theater Battle Control Division located at Hanscom AFB, MA.






    • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of acquisition program management experience.
    • General knowledge of acquisition principles and processes.
    • Current experience interfacing with Division staff in a Government Program Office.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both orally and written communication.
    • Must have an active US security clearance.





    • Provide quality acquisition documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.) and program management support for TACP program and projects, i.e. Mobile Communication Systems.
    • Assist with the coordination and review process of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), to include tracking, review, and distribution to IPT members for comments via Comments Resolution Matrix (CRM).
    • Maintain CDRL status on MS SharePoint including all stages of documents, draft approval/disapproval letters for all CDRLs for Program Manager and Contracting.
    • Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition to assist with development, production, and deployment of the TACP capability.
    • Identify and assess risks to TACP programs, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and implement risk reduction plans.
    • Ensure TACP program remains within schedule and cost baselines.
    • Assist with drafting of procurement documentation, i.e. Evaluation Criteria, Requests for Proposal, Statements of Objective, Statements of Work, and Performance Work Statements as required.
    • Assist the program manager by devising strategies and developing plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives, assist with Weekly and Monthly Activity Reports as well as PEO Activity Reports as required.
    • Develop, prepare, and deliver Government compliant program management documentation as required.
    • Prepare and coordinate Staff Summary Sheets and required attachments to support Branch, Division, and Directorate review of program documents
