MAR Division of Oasis Systems is seeking hard working, self-motivated individual to fill a Strategic Management Consultant (SMC) The Strategic Management Consultant shall coordinate efforts to develop, integrate, and continually improve processes associated with the management of performance information, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
LOCATION: FORT MEADE, MD
EXPERIENCE: Twelve (12) or more years’ experience in strategy management and planning development. The Strategic Management Consultant shall also have at least six (6) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; program analysis and evaluation; facilitation and decision analysis; and legislative process and Congressional relations. The Strategic Management Consultant shall have significant, successful experience providing executive mentoring, coaching, and consulting with senior leaders of large, complex organizations, and must demonstrate an ability to lead, plan, and manage complex tasks with daily client interaction, delivery of presentations on complex subjects, and facilitation for strategic level meetings with senior client personnel.
EDUCATION: A Graduate or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of six (6) years of overall experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of four (4) years of overall experience.
JOB STATUS: Regular Full-Time
The contractor shall provide advisory and professional support services to the program management of SMIS contract and the Enterprise Management and Support Investment Portfolio (EM&S IP). This includes support to the WSA Front Office, the WSA Divisions, Business Management and Acquisition (BMA), and Enterprise Governance (EG). The contractor shall also provide professional assistance and business support to EM&S IP in support of the Board of Directors (BoD), the Senior Leadership Council (SLC) and the Workforce Support Board (WSB).
