MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Readiness Assessement Consultant (RAC) This position will focus on gathering data and inputting that data in the RA tool, which is a MS Access database. It requires interaction with customers to cajole additional details, get agreement on edits, preparation of briefings, among other duties as highlighted above. It is my assessment that the customer will grow or shrink this position based on the skills and aptitude of the individual placed in this position.
LOCATION: FORT MEADE, MD
EXPERIENCE LEVEL / EDUCATION: The Readiness Assessment Consultant shall have twelve (12) years’ experience in readiness assessment processes as used in the DoD framework to include eight (8) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following areas: program management; acquisition management; capabilities and requirements analysis; data architecture analysis; process definition, deployment, and improvement; large organization management; program analysis and evaluation; facilitation and decision analysis; and strategic and business planning. A Graduate or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of six (6) years of overall experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of four (4) years of overall experience.
