     MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Platform as a Service Engineer to work with the current Platform as a Service (PaaS) team to maintain the existing OpenShift-based system and deliver the next generation of OpenShift capabilities in an OpenStack-based infrastructure.


    EXPERIENCE LEVEL: At least ten (10) years developing and delivering IT Architectures or IT systems design/ engineering services or supported that activity with an organization.

    EDUCATION: BS in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.

    SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph

    JOB STATUS: Full-Time

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Functionally, the successful candidate will:

    • Infrastructure as a Service - OpenStack, AWS, VMWare; use of REST APIs to drive deployment of virtual machines
    • Provide extensive development of scripts and software in Python, Bash, Ruby
    • Implement integration of software products with PKI, LDAP
    • Use Linux system administration
    • Use deployment/configuration management tools - Ansible (preferred), Salt, Puppet, Chef
    • Practice the use of version control for software and scripts - Git (preferred), Subversion
    • Use Docker, Kubernetes, other container technologies
