    Oasis Systems has a need for a System Engineer to provide support to the Requirements Management Systems (RMS) program office, which is within the Business Enterprise Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HI) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.






    • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs.
    • Has demonstrated high performance with a wide skillset, including Air Force acquisition lifecycle experience, leadership and subject expertise influencing DBS development, policy and gap analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Candidate must obtain, and maintain, the proper personnel clearance for this position.



    • Lead Systems Engineer supporting the Developmental Planning office of the Air Force Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate for AF IT Logistics and Financial systems.
    • Leads Development Planning engineering team in identifying, documenting and applying early systems engineering processes.
    • Transitions functional sponsor needs into a rapid acquisition for the Program Executive Officer.
    • Provides technical expertise in developing early acquisition requirements, systems architecture, resource schedules, and enterprise solution strategies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
    • Analyzes existing legacy systems and future requirements, develops and documents system-related business enterprise architecture and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts.
    • Research advancing baseline technologies and determine technical feasibility and usefulness of adding or upgrading software and firmware that will enhance capability, fix bugs or add necessary new features.
    • Develop business process models that comply with the Dept. of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
    • Participate in special projects, technical meetings, and source selections as required.
