  • Overview

     

    Provide project management support to the Theatre Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBDB) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

    As an integral part of the Program Execution Group (PEG), this position supports the HBDB Branch Chief, Deputy, and program teams in all matters related to program planning, execution and reporting.

     

     

    Qualifications

                         

    • Minimum of 4 years of acquisition program management experience.
    • General knowledge of acquisition principles and processes.
    • Current experience interfacing with Division staff in a Government Program Office.
    • Experience with Air Force acquisition planning and program execution tools, including Project Management Resource Tools, LCMP-EV, and SharePoint is highly desired.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both orally and written communication.
    • Must have an active US security clearance.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Assist, develop, prepare and deliver to the Government compliant program execution documents, reports and presentations, including Monthly Activity Reports (MARs), Program Management Review (PMR) charts, Baseline Execution Review (BER) charts, and Life Cycle Management Process-Executive View (LCMP-EV) information updates
    • Assist with the preparation and coordination of program planning documents for Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs, ACAT III programs and non-ACAT sustainment programs
    • Prepare and coordinate Staff Summary Sheets and required attachments to support Branch, Division, and Directorate review of program documents
    • Assist branch leadership and program teams in coordinating activities with the Division Program Execution Group, ensuring the quality of products leaving the branch meets the branch chief’s and Division PEG’s expectations
    • Advise the branch administrative specialist regarding the applicability of incoming taskers to the branch and programs. Act as OPR for taskers related to program execution.
