  • Overview

    Provide human resources and training support to the Theater Battle Control Division, which is within the Battle Management Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA in the area of personnel / human resources and unit & individual training.

    Assist Government leadership by administering military and civilian personnel management actions and ensuring assigned personnel meet diverse training requirements.




    • GED or equivalent required
    • 5 years of human resources and training administrative support experience in a military organization.
    • Skill in applying widely used government software and familiarity with standard government operating capabilities such as MS Office, Suspense NET, Command Human Resource Intelligence System (CHRIS), Resource Management Information System (RMIS) and SharePoint required.
    • Must have an active US security clearance





    • Provides exceptional HR support / customer service to military, government civilians and contractors in Battle Management Directorate’s largest Division/most diverse portfolio.
    • Tracks and manages database of inbound outbound personnel, deployments and unit manning numbers.

    • Updates the Manning Document to reflect new gains, losses, SAR codes, duty title changes, etc.

    • Tracks position vacancies and submits requisition requests as needed.

    • Manages training program for Division’s military personnel, government civilians and direct support contractors, to include deployment training readiness.

    • Reviews/updates quarterly and annual award submissions including functional awards and specific suspense-related awards, provides guidance on awards process and supports the submission and tracking of awards.

    • Provides support to military and civilian appraisal and feedback process.

    • Provides support to military promotion processes by preparing required information and materials.

    • Leads the creation of the Bi-Weekly Organize, Train & Equip (OT&E) briefing material for program leadership

    • Update duty titles, change of reporting official (CRO), raters, positions, and other personnel data for military members as required.
    • Manage awards process for both quarterly and annual awards.
    • Update key leader organizational charts, recall/alert rosters as needed with personnel turnover.
