Directly support Gray Wolf program, Program Manager and team, managing day-to-day operations; coordinating meetings, visitors, calendars; maintaining program information; and providing non-personal administrative functions and office organization support.



  • Excellent attention-to-detail, tracking and coordinating multiple programmatic and technical activities. Proficiency in office organization and management.  Knowledge of AF and AFRL management directives and procedures.  Must have Secret security clearance.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc), especially Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent customer service experience and skills working with a variety of people in defense and industry organizations.
  • Currently hold & maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, tracking and coordinating multiple programmatic and technical activities
  • Proficiency in office organization and management.
  • Knowledge of AF and AFRL management directives and procedures.




  • Prefer prior AF experience with highly technical programs, working with scientists and engineers.




  • Maintain team calendars, to include leave/meetings/TDYs
  • Track program Action Items.Maintain tasker status regarding requests for briefings, charts, information, etc.
  • Maintain internal and external team contact lists.
  • Submit and track team visit requests to external facilities.
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for two Gray Wolf efforts. Integrate information from contractor IMS’s into GW schedule.  Update IMS as program changes occur.
  • Manage multiple Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) products for two Gray Wolf contracts. Track status of CDRL document receipt, reviews and approvals.  Notify program team when documents are due and when they are late.
  • Assist with keeping program Collaboration Files and Clarity database up-to-date with current documentation and status updates.
  • Assist with keeping program SharePoint information up-to-date.
  • Assist with keeping program Risk Management templates/charts up-to-date. Work with assigned risk OPRs to update information prior to monthly risk meetings.
  • Support generation of program briefings and documents, assisting with formatting and graphics.
  • Schedule rooms required for program briefings/discussions/meetings/etc.
  • Support planning and execution of large program events. Find rooms/facilities.  Coordinate security requirements.  Coordinate base access for visiting personnel.  Coordinate event notices and announcements.  Maintain attendee lists.  Take notes and integrate notes from others into single set of minutes.  Coordinate requests/receipt of necessary briefings.
