Overview

MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator Level IV providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT applications and systems.

 

LOCATION: National Business Parkway, MD

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience or High School Grad and 9 years experience in analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.  4+ years Windows Systems Administration Experience required.  LINUX or UNIX experience helpful.

CERTIFICATIONS: Security + required.

TRAVEL: 50% CONCUS travel

JOB STATUS: Full-Time

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems to include 50% CONCUS travel. 
  • Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. 
  • Provide support to IT systems including:  day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem solving including:  day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. 
  • Provide second level problem identification, diagnostics and resolution of problems.
  • Provide support for the dispatched problems and remain involved through resolution. 
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. 
  • Must possess experience in one or more systems, architectures and associated hardware:  mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
