MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator Level III. 

LOCATION: National Business Parkway, MD

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience or High School Grad and 9 years’ experience in analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.

JOB STATUS: Full-Time

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Systems Administrator will provide support for the dispatched problems and remain involved through resolution.  Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years Windows Systems Administration Experience required.
  • LINUX-CentOS, VPN, CITRIX w/XEN DeskTop knowledge helpful. 
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT applications and systems. 
  • Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. 
  • Provide support to IT systems and application including:  day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem solving/resolution for all of issues arising. 
  • Provide second level problem identification and diagnostics.
  • Provide support for the dispatched problems and remain involved through resolution. 
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. 
  • Must possess experience in one or more systems, architectures and associated software and hardware.
