Overview

MAR Division of Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Front-End Developer to support the Farm Credit Administration. The Front-End Developer will transforming business/technical requirements and goals into appealing, engaging, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces. Optimizing the design and usability of custom applications.

 

LOCATION: McLean, VA

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 5 years of professional experience as a web designer. Strong understanding of user interface design patterns and user-centered design methodologies. Strong working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) as well as HTML5 and CSS3.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have an active Public Trust Security Clearance.

JOB STATUS: Full-Time This position is contingent upon program award.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Functionally, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Transforming business/technical requirements and goals into appealing, engaging, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
  • Optimizing the design and usability of custom applications.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a web designer
  • Strong understanding of user interface design patterns and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) as well as HTML5 and CSS3.
